Stop deportation of a Chechen asylum seeker in Europe
Akhmed Lepiev who is a Chechen asylum seeker, is in a deportation center in Paris for send back to the Russia since 23th of February, 2008.
He was born in 05.05.1981 in Chechnya. He had been accused about a criminal by the Russian occupiers in 2003. But in the reality He has never been part of the war or never did a crime. So after this situation he leaves from Chechnya and went to the Egypt in 2003. He had been leave in Egypt from 2003 until 23rd of February, 2008. He came to the France with his family by airflight and applied for asylum. He explained everything to immigrant service at the airport (exp he used a fake passport for coming to France etc etc). Three days later, after the interview they let him and his family to entering to city. His family passed the doors, but when he was passing to doors, police arrested him and put the deportation center in Paris. Also he has chronical asthma but they don't care it. And now, after more than one month, he is waiting to send back to Russia.
We know what will happen when the French authorites give him to the Russian authorities. If he is lucky probably they will put him in a jail and will torture there; if he isn't lucky, he will lost at the airport or at the way and will kill by the Russian soldiers, after a while maybe his relatives will find his body (if they can pay the body money to Russian soldiers) maybe not.
This claim isn't about Dublin II. He went to the France from Egypt. His reason was very clear his life is in dangerous. But French authorites refused his application and decided to give him to Russian authorities.
